How long will my balloon last?
Your Bobo Balloon can last up to one year with proper care. Though, please note that our balloons do not come with a guarantee. To help maintain the quality and longevity of your Floating Memory, follow these simple after-care instructions: Keep your balloon away from direct sunlight, heat sources and sharp objects. Bobo balloons should be kept at room temperature at all times. Please also be aware that temperature changes may cause the writing to lift over time. If you notice any issues or defects with your balloon, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving it.
What if I like a Bobo option, but I want a different message on it?
Absolutely not a problem at all! On each product you will find our 'Additional Comments' section at the bottom of your form. This is where you can let us know any personal changes you would like to make. We love it when customers get creative!
Can I Afterpay it?
Absolutely! You can select a pay in 4 instalment option via PayPal. We are currently in the process of setting up our Afterpay for those who are more familiar with that payment option.
Do you ship interstate?
Yes we do! We ship out of Brisbane, QLD. Please keep in mind that shipping times will vary state by state. We use Australia Post and trusted Courier Services when needed.
